There are direct train connections to Amsterdam Central Station every 10-15 minutes. The journey takes about 15 minutes. A taxi from the airport to GRI costs approximately €35-40 and takes about 30-40 minutes. From Centraal Station:
Taxi cabs from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to the GRI office cost about €30, and the journey is about 30 minutes.

Trains from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Centraal Station cost about €3.50 and run every 10 minutes. The journey is about 10 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at automated machines or at the train information desk at the airport.

From the Amsterdam Centraal Train Station, visitors can take trams 6, 13 or 17, or buses 21, 170, 172 or 142. Get off at the Westermarkt stop. Tram and bus tickets cost €1.60 and can be purchased on board. Trams and buses run every few minutes, and journey time is about 10 minutes.
