Thank you very much for deciding to join your organization into the GRI OS program!
Below is an explanation of the process for registering your OS into the GRI Organizational Stakeholder program. Please contact the OS team at os@globalreporting.org if you have any questions. As always, thank you for your interest.
Registration Process
Step 1: Ensure you have a user profile on the GRI Web Portal and that your profile is affiliated with the organization you wish to register as an OS
IMPORTANT: To register an organization into the GRI OS program, you must first be registered as a user on the GRI Web Portal. Additionally, your user profile on the Web Portal must be affiliated with the organization you wish to register.
· Not Yet Registered as a User on the Portal: If you are not yet registered and do not yet have a login, please first register as a user on the portal. During registration, please follow the instructions to ensure you properly affiliate yourself with the organization you wish to register into the OS program. You may choose an existing organization from the list or add a new one (if necessary).
· Lost Login Details: If you have registered in the past but no longer have your username and password please request a new password or contact the OS team at os@globalreporting.org for assistance. Once you have received your login details, please login. After login you will view the Organization Summary page. If you would like to affiliate with an organization that is not listed on the summary page please go to the My Profile link located at the top of the page and affiliate with the organization you want to join as an OS.
· Already Registered: If you are already registered as a user on the GRI portal, please login. After login you will view the Organization Summary page. If you would like to affiliate with an organization that is not listed on the summary page please go to the My Profile link located at the top of the page and affiliate with the organization you want to join as an OS.
Step 2: Register your organization into the OS program
Once you have affiliated yourself with the organization you wish to register as an OS and saved your profile, you should view the Organization Summary page. This page will display all your organization affiliations and allow you to register any of them as an OS. The summary page will also indicate if your organization is already registered with the program. In that case you can contact the OS team to find out who within your organization is registered as the OS contact person.
Step 3: Organizational Stakeholder Detail and Payment page
After clicking ‘Join OS Program’:
· Select the organization that you wish to register as an OS
· Choose a 1st (required) and 2nd (recommended) contact
· Check all details
· Process the registration.
Note that users must be affiliated with the specific organization to be displayed in the 1st and 2nd contact dropdown lists. If you would like to register a colleague who is not yet registered as a user on the GRI portal, or is not affiliated with the organization for whom s/he will be the 1st or 2nd OS contact, please make sure s/he registers on the portal and indicates in their user profile that they belong to your organization. You can then assign them as OS contact on the Organizational Stakeholder Detail and Payment page.
Modify your OS Details
For existing OS, please first login to the portal. After login you will view the Organization Summary page. You will then be able to ‘View/Modify OS Details’ for any OS for which you are listed as a 1st or 2nd contact.
