Terms & conditions
1. E-Shop only accepts payment via Visa and MasterCard. If you do not have a Visa or MasterCard, please email GRI your full name and address, publication number, quantity and total cost of purchase. Please quote the subject line "E-Shop Purchase Request". Purchase requests will incur a €5 surcharge.
2. Email GRI if you wish to order Pathways "The GRI sustainability reporting cycle: A handbook for small and not-so-small organizations" in languages other than English, Spanish and Portuguese-Brasil or you want to order more than 1 unit of any language.
3. Items are usually delivered within 7 business days within Europe, and 12 business days outside Europe. Prices included regular shipping costs. For express services an extra fee will be charged. Please email GRI with the following information: quantity, language, OS status (Y/N), name, email for contact and complete address to be delivered.
4. Non-profit organizations, or small or micro enterprises from OECD DAC countries can apply to purchase Pathways at special rates. Please email GRI with the following information: Name; Organization; Organization type; a brief explanation why the organization qualifies for the discount. The applications will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
5. Organizational Stakeholder (OS) receive considerable discounts on the regular E-Shop prices. Find out more about becoming an OS!
6. GRI certified training organizations have access to extra discount. Please use your exclusive email to order copies and get more information.
