Global reporting…Local training
The certified local training program aims to disseminate knowledge on sustainability reporting around the world. It has been developed especially to help report makers and users to use the GRI Framework, increase the number of sustainability reports and enhance the quality and usage of the reports.
Working through regional partners, the program aims to build local training capacity based on the GRI Reporting Framework and related publications. This will be achieved by selecting local training organizations in different countries and setting agreements with them to participate in the GRI training certification process. The uniform certified training material includes local reporting and sustainability issues. The local partners receive ongoing support from GRI and the quality of the training is periodically verified.
