Effective stakeholder engagement is acknowledged as a critical element of sustainability reporting, yet arguably it is the least well developed of reporting practices. Stakeholder engagement is a concept at the heart of The Global Reporting Initiative and this session will cover a number of themes related to the development of effective stakeholder engagement.
