Activities this year set the stage for the next two. The Structured Feedback Process (SFP) was in full swing, involving 450 people globally in efforts to discover what elements of the 2002 Guidelines should be improved. This work would later define the work program designed to update the Guidelines - resulting in the G3 version launched in 2006.
GRI also focused on its Sector Supplement program this year, getting four new ones underway.
