GRI is grateful to all those who completed the recent Food Processing Sector Supplement survey. Around 100 responses in total were received!
The Working Group reviewed in detail the comments received from the survey and used the feedback to amend the indicators and to develop the indicator protocols. In their meeting in Arkansas, USA, in late October, the Working Group expressed their appreciation of the high level feedback on the survey. In the coming meetings, the group will develop a more well-defined draft supplement which will be open for public consultation mid – 2009. Find out more about the Food Processing Sector Supplement.
