The public comment period for the draft of the finalized Electric Utilities Sector Supplement began on 3 October 2008 and will run through to 5 January 2009. North America Workshop
A multi-stakeholder workshop on the Electric Utilities Sector Supplement will take place in Washington D.C. on 21 November 2008 to discuss the GRI Electric Utilities Sector Supplement during its public comment period. The workshop, hosted by Risk Metrics, and sponsored by Eon US and PSEG will introduce to participants the development process of the Electric Utilities Sector Supplement. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss a selection of key sector sustainability issues and the indicators included in the Sector Supplement. The outputs of the discussions will be considered by the Electric Utilities Working Group when they finalize the Sector Supplement in early 2009, after the public comment period.
