Peter Westra, Chief Financial Officer
Peter Westra joined GRI in February 2008. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of Secretariat operations, including planning and budgeting, management reporting and controls, financial and legal procedures, IT, HR, and overall quality and sustainability management processes.

Peter's professional background spans more than 25 years. He has worked in various areas of the IT industry and has held a wide range of senior financial and management positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of several international businesses. In these roles, he has been responsible for establishing and growing the international sales and services division of a number of leading US-based software solution and consultancy providers.

Peter also led a number of large-scale management and business re-alignment processes. From 2004 - 2008, Peter ran his own consultancy firm, providing business and strategy advice to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
