New resources for Italian reporters
03 November 2010

The Indicator Protocol set for the G3 Guidelines and the G3 Food Processing Sector Supplement are now available in Italian.

Indicator Protocols

GRI is pleased to announce that as of 25 November 2010, the Indicator Protocol set for the G3 Guidelines will be available in Italian on the GRI website’s Italian language page.

The Indicator Protocol set is an important part of the GRI Reporting Framework. It explains how the Indicators should be compiled and presented for reporting, which is important for comparability.

KPMG Italy, who in 2008 coordinated the translation of the Italian Reporting Guidelines, has again assisted in translating the soon to be released Indicator Protocols. The translation team at KPMG Italy was led by Lorenzo Solimene and Claudia Stracchi.

G3 Food Processing Sector Supplement

GRI is pleased to announce that the G3 Food Processing Sector Supplement is now available in Italian, and can be downloaded from the GRI website’s Italian page.

GRI Sector Supplements improve the accessibility of the G3 Guidelines for sectors facing unique sustainability challenges and help to both enhance the quality and increase the quantity of reports being produced in these sectors.

The new Italian translation has been made possible thanks to the support and dedication of the Barilla Group in collaboration with FONDACA and their translation team, led by Lamberto Prati (Barilla Group) and Fabio Dalmonte (FONDACA).
