Organizational Marks

GRI issues a range of organizational marks, noted below, to be used by third parties in order to perform certain tasks, as well as to confirm that one or more GRI Services have been successfully completed

GRI’s Trademark and Copyright policy including Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all organizational marks. In addition, each organizational mark has a specific role so must be used in accordance with organizational guidance. The organizational marks must be used as provided, placed horizontally, and reproduced adhering to the requirements listed below and provided by GRI. No alterations to the mark are permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the color, proportion, or design of the mark, or removal of any words, artwork, or trademark symbols. In addition, GRI marks may not be animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance.

Minimum size: The marks should not be reproduced smaller than 45 millimeters or 150 pixels wide to ensure their legibility.

Exclusion zone: The minimum amount of clear space surrounding the mark is calculated using X (1/3 of the height of the organizational mark) as shown below. No text, visuals, or graphics should be placed inside the exclusion zone.
