You will build a foundational understanding of sustainability reporting, including its purpose and value. You will also be introduced to the key reporting instruments relevant to this course: the GRI Standards and CDP.

You will explore the GRI Standards and CDP in more detail, focusing on their key similarities and differences. You will also learn about the business case for using both frameworks together to strengthen and streamline environmental reporting.

You will learn about a practical resource developed by both organizations: the GRI–CDP mapping document for aligned climate and energy reporting. You will discover how to use this tool to align GRI disclosures with CDP questionnaire in practice, improving efficiency and consistency in your reporting process.
