London Climate Action Week: leading the charge for climate transparency
Published date: 13 June 2025

From high-level events to the launch of new Standards, GRI drives the climate reporting agenda
From 23 to 27 June, GRI will take part in London Climate Action Week to spotlight the essential role of corporate transparency in accelerating climate progress. As stakeholders across sectors gather to exchange ideas and forge solutions, GRI will emphasize how sustainability reporting enables accountability and drives more ambitious, aligned climate action.
The week will also mark a key milestone: the launch of GRI 102: Climate Change 2025 and GRI 103: Energy 2025, at a dedicated event. These new Standards - developed by the GSSB, GRI's indeoendent standard-setting body - raise the bar for corporate climate reporting, by embedding just transition and social impacts and aligning disclosures with the latest scientific evidence on emissions and energy use.
Across roundtables, high-level forums and strategic meetings, senior GRI representatives will engage with policymakers, business leaders and civil society to highlight the power of transparency in shaping an inclusive and sustainable future.
