CDP

GRI and CDP signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 24 May 2013 that will see the two organizations work together to align areas of their reporting frameworks.

 OVERVIEW GRI AND CDP COLLABORATION

GRI and CDP signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that will see the two non-profit organizations work together to further align areas of their reporting approaches and guidance for companies. This will bring consistency to the requirements of companies disclosing climate change and water data, as well as those including material climate information in mainstream reports.  Further, this will improve the quality and comparability of environmental data in the global marketplace, helping to accelerate the transition to a resource-efficient economy. Together, GRI and CDP reach close to 6,000 organizations with their programs and sustainability reporting guidelines respectively.
